Kasam Completes 200 Episodes; Sharad Malhotra & Kratika Sengar Thank Fans!

TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor's Kasam, which airs on Colors which was launched in the month of March 2016, topped the TRP charts and became one of the best launched shows of this year.

The audiences loved the story and the subtle romance between the lead pair Sharad Malhotra and Kratika Sengar in the show. Sharad aka Rishi and Kratika aka Tanuja became one of the most loved couple on television, within no time thanks to their performances and on-screen chemistry.

Unfortunately, Krtika had to bid adieu to the show, after her character, Tanu gets killed in the show. The show took a 20-year leap in July and Shivani Tomar, a relatively new actress stepped into Kratika Sengar's shoes as the new girl in Rishi's life post the leap.

The loyal viewers of the show were reportedly upset with Kratika's exit and had expressed their disappointment all over the social media. Even the TRPs of the show drastically declined and she was brought back on popular demand as Tanuja through a plastic surgery twist.

As expected, Kratika's re-entry is working wonders for the show. Currently, Rishi and Tanuja's 'nok-jhok' is garnering praises from all over. The show has battled against all odds and is going strong.

Recently, the show achieved a feat by crossing a benchmark of 200 episodes. On this occasion, Sharad shared a video in which both Sharad and Kratika have thanked all their fans.

Sharad took to Instagram and wrote, "Thanks a tonn for all the support !! Keep the light of love and faith burning ...? it's just the beginning... @colorstv@kratikalove #200episodes#love#gratitude #thankulord."
