Kumkum Bhagya’s Deva Shri Ganesha Special: Riteish Deshmukh & Nargis Fakhri Promote Banjo

Zee TV never misses to celebrate Ganesh mahotsav. This time too, there will be a grand celebration on television's number one show Kumkum Bhagya that is titled 'Deva Shri Ganesha'.

Apparently, Kumkum Bhagya's Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia), Pragya (Sriti Jha) and Purab (Arjit Taneja) will be hosting the show. During such celebrations, it is obvious that the show will have a major twist. Well, we will have to wait and watch the grand celebration episode to know what the makers have for us...

Abhi & Pragya

Kumkum Bhagya's Abhi and Pragya will be seen performing aarati with Purab, Jetendra and Ritesh. For a change, we will get to see Abhi and Pragya's romance (and not nhok-jhok).

Ritesh and Nargis

Ritesh Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri will participate in Ganesh Mahotstav. Ritesh will also perform during the ceremony. He is good friend to Shabbir and although they have met many times, they will be sharing screen space together for the first time.

Ritesh & Jeetendra

Posting a picture snapped with Jeetendra, Ritesh wrote, "Finally got a chance to share screen space with the Legendary Jeetuji... My mom will be happy. #Banjo #kumkumbhagya."

Celebs Galore

The newly-wed Raja (Sartaj Gill) and Rani (Eisha Singh) from the show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Yeh Vada Raha's actors (Survi-Kartik) Sonal Vengurlekar-Ankush Arora, and (Appu-Malay) Aishwarya Khare-Vin Rana from Vishkanya will also be performing at the function.

Mouni Dedicates Her Performance To Sriti!

Mouni Roy will be doing a special dance performance in the Kumkum Bhagya's Ganesh Mahotsav episode. She will be performing for the song 'Mohe rang do laal. She has dedicated her performance to her friend Sriti Jha.

Mouni was quoted by IANS as saying, "I am grateful to get a chance to perform at Deva Shri Ganesha - the Ganpati special episode of my friend Sriti Jha's show 'Kumkum Bhagya'. I dedicate my performance to her."

Mouni, Asha & Amruta

Asha Negi too, will be shaking legs for prem ratan dan payo. The three gorgeous actresses, Mouni Roy, Asha Negi and Amruta Khanvilkar will be performing together for the song Pinga. The episode will air on 11 September, at 6.30 pm, on Zee TV.

Story Till Now...

On the show Kumkum Bhagya, Alia is trying her best to stop Abhi meeting Pragya. While Pragya fears Abhi would get trapped again in Alia and Tanu's plans. She, along with Purab, tries to save Abhi.

On the other hand, Alia keeps Abhi's marriage picture in his room. Seeing which, Abhi's health get upset. The doctor, even warns the family members not to stress him. Alia will remain successful in stopping Abhi from going to office. She also informs the manager that Abhi is on leave for a few days.

Alia would have warned Pragya to stay away from Abhi. She also tells her that she would be sending Abhi to a holiday with Tanu! Pragya would wait for Abhi, and as he doesn't turn up to office, she feels Alia has succeeded in her plan. But, Purab confirms Pragya that Abhi is at home.

Abhi gets bored at home and goes to office to record the songs. Alia is not aware that Abhi is in office and shouts at Pragya. She lies to her saying Abhi went with Tanu, but just then Abhi comes out!

When Abhi asks Alia why she is shouting at Nikita (Pragya), she cries and blames Pragya. But Saira and others blame Alia. Abhi apologises to Pragya on Alia's behalf.
