It’s A Teary-Smiles Goodbye For Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi; Shakti, Smriti, Mohit Get Emotional! (PICS)

We had already reported that Ekta Kapoor's show, Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi is coming to an end this month (19 th February). Apparently, it was a wrap up shoot yesterday (5th February) and the cast got emotional on the last day.

MATSH ran successfully for one and half years and the show's characters became a household name. The show was Radhika Madan's first show and she achieved instant success. Although Shakti Arora, who plays the role of Ranveer (Shakti Arora), was known to all before (since he had done many shows), he became popular with his current role.

The show was dealt with how childhood friendship of Ranveer and Ishaani blossomed into love, and how both struggled to get their love! It's all about Ishveer's true love and their sacrifices. (Also Read: Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi: It's The End Of Ishaani-Ranveer's Love Story!)

Ishaani and Ranveer's jodi was most wanted on television, but unfortunately, the show is coming to an end. Blame it on the poor story! Initially, the show hit the top slot as had the highest TRP ratings, but since the makers were experimenting a lot with the story, its TRP came down. The makers had no choice but to end the show.

MATSH's fans didn't want the makers to end the show and to reunite the lead pair. But looks like their requests were not heard, except that the show will have happy ending.

Apparently, the show will be showcasing high-voltage drama before ending. It will end on 19th February. On the last day of the shoot, the lead actors of the show took to their social media accounts to thank the makers as well as the audiences for their love.
