Mihika and Mishkat Varma miss each other this Raksha Bandan, as Mihika is married and is in USA. Talking about Raksha Bandan celebration, Mishkat was quoted by an entertainment website as saying, "Rakhi would be not the same this time with Mihika not around. But she has already sent me a rakhi, which I tied on my wrist, the first thing today morning. This is the first time we are away from each other and it is terrible without her. I am missing her a lot."

About gifting Mihika, he says that he will make her feel special in his own way when she is back home in December.

Mishkat also revealed that he misses her a lot. During her marriage, he was the only one who was crying at her bidaai. His parents were cool and calm, but he was hysterical with the thought of letting her go. He added that she is the most important part of his life, and misses her everyday.
