And, it is none other than the very popular Rajat Tokas, of the Prithviraj Chauhan fame, who has been roped in to play the role. Rajat has been successful in charming his fans with his amazing on-screen presence in shows like Prithviraj Chauhan and Jodha Akbar.

Rajat will be seen playing the role of an icchadhari nevla (mongoose). This role is going to mark a shift from his other mythological roles. Sources reveal that, in the show, Rajat will be seen as a cursed character who gets trapped in the mongoose's body. He will plan to create trouble in the naagins' (Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan) lives.

According to a source, "Rajat's character is cursed and will be seen trapped in a mongoose's body. With a motive of vengeance in his heart, his character will wreak a havoc in Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan's life. The only way for him to break the spell is to kill an ichchadhari naagin".
