Parth Samthaan Withdraws 13 Criminal Charges; Vikas Gupta Wants Public Apology From Parth!

A lot has been said about Parth Samthaan and Vikas Gupta's legal war. Parth had filed a police complaint and has sent a legal notice to Vikas accusing Vikas of molestation, non-payment of dues for working for his show and constant threats of ruining his career.

We had also mentioned about Vikas being supported by the industry people, while the fans supporting Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan actor. We had also reported about the other side of story of Parth being framed.

Vikas Adds

"I have 10 years of work experience and have worked my ass off for reaching this stage in my career. I was really afraid that my career would be sabotaged as we live in a society, which is judgemental about everything."

Vikas further added that they have been best friends since 2 years, and he doesn't understand the logic behind why Parth is sending him a legal notice accusing him of 14 criminal cases!

Vikas Clarifies...

On asking about the Parth's notice of non-payment of dues, Vikas clarifies that Parth had hosted his show, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya season 4 and 5, but quit the show in the middle of 5th season, without serving notice period.

Vikas Says...

"Parth is unprofessional as an actor and it is because of him, that my company and my show had to suffer. I do not owe him a penny! He owes me."

Vikas’ Message For Parth

This is a civil case and when there is any problem between an actor and the production house, the case has to be against the production house. You were supposed to file a case against Lost Boy Productions and not me - Vikas Gupta!

Vikas Gupta Wants Public Apology From Parth!

Vikas was quoted by Tellybuzz as saying, "The only thing that I want from you is a public apology, stating that what you have done to me is wrong and that you will not repeat this henceforth." Vikas further added that he will submit all the proofs to the court, where he will be proved wrong.

Now in the recent interview to Tellybuzz, Vikas has opened up about the issue. He says that because of the complaint, he went into depression and his family was upset.

Vikas says that he is unable to understand what Parth is up to, as he first accused him and now he zeroes the case to non-payment of dues due to miscommunication.

He added, "You have gone ahead and given a legal notice, accusing me of molestation, extortion, abatement to suicide. I would like to inform him that had I not collected a proof against things you claimed, I would be sitting in jail today. You think what you have done is very casual? You are not showing your true self to your fans or the public. You sent a legal notice to me, when my lawyers responded, you withdrew all your cases except for the non-payment of fees."

On asking why he thinks Parth withdrew 13 cases out of 14, Vikas said, "I think that Parth did not realize that I will fight back, when he filed the case. I am on a position of power today.
