Pratyusha Banerjee Death Case Getting Complicated: Was She Pregnant?

With each passing day, the death case of Pratyusha Banerjee is getting complicated. The actress committed suicide on April 1st. From then till now, there has been too many speculations!

While her close friends and family suspect foul play, the post-mortem reports reveals it was a clear case of suicide. According to Pratyusha's close friends, the actress was not under stress or didn't have any financial crisis. They also had evidences and were ready to give statements against her boyfriend, Rahul Raj Singh! Now, another question (report) the round is... Was the actress pregnant?

According to an article on Mid-Day, during the post-mortem report, the forensic surgeons had found, a whitish thick fluid (indicative of an early stage of pregnancy), in the uterus.

Police Surgeon Dr SM Patil was quoted by Mid-Day as saying, "The fluid has been preserved and sent for histopathology tests, to confirm pregnancy and to rule out infection within the uterus."

Dr Yogeshwar S Nandanwar (Professor and Head of the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, LTMG Medical College) was quoted by the leading daily as saying, "The presence of the fluid could indicate either early stage of pregnancy or infection. Usually, apart from the thickening of the endometrial wall, a sack is visible within four to five weeks if it's pregnancy, but if the sack is not seen, then only a histopathology test can confirm pregnancy."

The post-mortem report also revealed that the actress had a hesitation suicide cut on her left wrist, which could be about 4-5 months old. This could be made using a sharp weapon (perhaps a blade). This indicates that the actress might have attempted suicide in the past.
