Pratyusha Banerjee Death: Rahul Raj Singh’s Bail Plea Rejected!

It has to be recalled that Pratyusha Banerjee's boyfriend, who is blamed for her death (suicide) was booked for abetment of suicide, had applied for anticipatory bail. The recent report suggests that his bail plea has been rejected.

Lawyer Falguni Brahmbhatt confirmed the news to Tellybuzz. Falguni was quoted by the entertainment website as saying, "Yes, the bail has been rejected." The next development on this saga is to follow now.

Flaguni has released a statement in the media saying Rahul should have informed the police first when he discovered the body. The lawyer was quoted by another entertainment website as saying, "Many of Pratyusha's friends have claimed that Pratyusha informed them about Rahul's abusive nature. Rahul did not allow her to speak to her parents. Rahul has cheated seven girls along with Pratyusha. Moreover, if Pratyusha had commit suicide then why the cops couldn't find a suicide note at her place?"

It has to be recalled that Rahul's previous lawyer Neeraj Gupta backed out of the case, saying his clients had hidden many facts from him which he came to know from the media. Now the case has been handled by Ashok Sarogi, who had apparently (earlier) fought Abu Salem's case.

Rahul was admitted to the hospital as he was suffering from depression, his condition was said to be stable, but later (again) her was shifted to ICU as his health condition got deteriorated.

According to the latest reports, the police will interrogate Rahul after he gets discharged from the hospital, keeping in mind his medical condition!
