Sony’s CEO Confirms Kapil Sharma’s Show On The Channel; Welcome Back Team Kapil Trending On Twitter!
We had already reported that Kapil Sharma is all set with his new show that will be aired on Sony TV. Confirming about Kapil's show, Sony Pictures Networks India CEO, NP Singh, was quoted by Indiantelevision.com as saying, "You will see Kapil soon on Sony TV in a few months' time."

Bharat Kukreti, Writer/Director for television's top comedy shows posted selfie (image above) which had Kiku Sharda, Preeti Simoes, Ali Asgar, Sunil Grover, Sumona Chakravarti and Chandan Prabhakar - all who were a part of Comedy Nights With Kapil. Kapil was missing in the selfie, but other picture had him. The one who was missing, was Navjot Singh Sidhu.
It is also said that Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor will be the first guests of the show. The duo will be seen promoting their upcoming movie Ki and Ka. But there are also rumours of Shahrukh Khan being the first guest of the show. SRK may come on the show to promote his film Fan.
