Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai:Post Leap, Akshara & Naitik Celebrate Gayu’s Birthday; Naira In Rishikesh

The most awaited leap of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is here. Post leap, the existing characters look more serious (Naksh, Naitik and Akshara), and new characters have been added - children - Gayatri (Kanchi Singh) and Naira are shown grown-up. The only person who has not changed is Mishti and her naughtiness!

Here is what happened in the previous episodes... Naira (Ashnoor Kaur) misunderstands her mother and leaves home. She calls her father, Naitik (Karan Mehra) to receive her, and asks him not to take Akshara (Hina Khan) with him. Although Naitik asks Akshara not to come with him, she along with the police, reaches the place to receive Naira (as per police's advice).

Naira gets to see Akshara and the police, and misunderstands them. She thinks Akshara has come with the police to get her arrested and runs away. She starts believing Tara's words were, that her mother Akshara just wants to be a great person, and doesn't love anybody! She throws away the locket which had Akshara's photo!

Naitik feels Akshara is responsible for Naira's condition. Post leap, Singhania family are seen getting ready for Gayatri's birthday. Akshara is shown lost in her world, while Naksh (Rohan Mehra) is shown as a responsible son, who takes care of his mother. In short, Naksh is shown as Mama's boy!

Naitik is shown as a serious character who stays away from the family for a long time (probably to avoid his pain from missing his princess Naira). Looks like he hasn't forgiven Akshara for the mistake!

On the other hand, a Punjabi couple is shown in the Maheshwari family. The couple also has a son, Happy, who is seen arguing with the grown-up Kuhu!

Mishti is seen helping her family, and her mother scolding her for not taking the vitamin tablets!

Gayatri has replaced Naira in Akshara and Naitik's life. Gayu would have lost her parents, while Akshara and Naitik are seen taking care of her, just like their daughter (Naira).

Meanwhile, Naira is shown in Rishikesh, helping a foreign couple in making their passport. The police inform Akshara about the same, and tells her that they might find her soon!
