Baahubali Inspiration! Star Plus Launches Aarambh; Sony TV Plans For Prithvi Vallabh!
Baahubali is all set to be adapted as TV serial, Aarambh, on Star Plus. Even Sony TV wants to create Baahubali magic on small screen with the show Prithvi Vallabh!

Aarambh Stars Karthika Nair & Tanuja
Star Plus' show Aarambh was recently launched. Tamil actress Karthika Nair will be seen as princess Devasena (Anushka Shetty's role). Veteran Bollywood actress Tanuja plays Sivagami (Ramya Krishnan's role of Rajmata).

Rajniesh Duggal Makes TV Debut
Bollywood actor Rajniesh Duggal will be making his TV debut with this show. He will be seen opposite Karthika. The show has been penned by Baahubali writer Vijayendra Prasad.
Rajniesh As Warrior
Rajneish plays the lead warrior in Aarambh. Apparently, the show will also star Joy Sengupta and Haanssa Singh in important roles.
Sony’s Prithvi Vallabh
On the other hand, Sony TV's show is named Prithvi Vallabh. Apparently, Siya Ke Ram's actor Ashish Sharma will be seen playing the lead role similar to that of Baahubali.
Ashish & Sonarika In Lead Roles
Sonarika Bhadoria, who was recently in news for getting her stalker arrested, will be seen playing the role of Devsena in the show. She was previously seen as Parvati in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev.
Prithvi Vallabh Is A Mix Of Game Of Thrones & Baahubali!
Prithvi Vallabh will be produced by Aniruddh Pathak, who created Siya Ke Ram. Apparently, the new show is again a mix of Game Of Thrones with Baahubali in look and feel.
According to Bollywoodlife reports, the initial shoot of Prithvi Vallabh will begin in Bhopal with a major outdoor schedule. The show will be later shot in Mumbai at an elaborate set which is in Naigaon, Mumbai. Bollywood casting director Mukesh Chhabra is doing the casting of the show.
Coming back to Star Plus' Aarambh, a Baahubali type set-up has been made for the show. A massive set has been erected at Mumbai's Film City.
The story narrates the clash of two civilizations born and built out of two different existential needs. One desperately wants what the other have, while the other fights to defend what they believe; that rightfully belongs to them!
Devsena will be seen heading the Dravidian clan to rescue it from the ambush of the Aryans. She meets Varundev (Aryan clan) on the battlefield.
The battle is not just the beginning of the biggest conflict but it also unfolds the story of two warriors who are fighting from opposite sides, unaware of the fact that their fate has something else planned for them!
