The news of the mass molestation case in Bangalore on the New Year's night of 2017 in Bangalore has shocked the country. It was even more shocking when the politicians didn't care and commented on women's dressing sense.

After the disturbing pictures of men molesting women openly on MG Road during New Year's night was out on media, CCTV footage of two men harassing a woman on a street was released. Bollywood celebrities, who were upset with the incident, took to social media. Even television actors have come out in the open raising voice against the issue.

Salman was shocked with the incident that happened in Bangalore, where he stayed for a few years. He added that it is unfortunate and upsets him to the core. He was quoted by an entertainment portal as saying, "I don't know what to say. People have become animals."
