Bharti & Harsh To Get Married This Year!
Bharti was quoted by the leading daily as saying, "Like every normal girl, even I dream of having a lavish wedding ceremony with all the functions like Mehendi and Haldi. We will be tying the knot this year."
Bharti & Harsh Wedding Date
"We have shortlisted three dates Dec 3, Dec 6 and November 30, let's see which one gets finalised. I want all my cousins and friends to attend the wedding, so we will finalise a date which suits both our families."
Wedding Outfit
Regarding the wedding outfit, Bharti said, "I want to wear a red lehenga for the wedding. It will be either a red or fuchsia pink lehenga. It will be a designer piece and I will buy it for myself."
Bharti’s Costumes
"I will match it with golden kundan jewellery. I will ask Harsh to buy it for me. Ab shaadi kar rahen hain itna toh kharch karega he... (laughs)."
Will Bharti & Harsh Have A Destination Wedding?
Bharti revealed that they haven't decided on a wedding destination yet. She added that the wedding might either happen in Mumbai or Punjab. She also added that they are planning for a destination wedding in Goa.
Bharti Is All Praises For Harsh!
Bharti feels fortunate to get a life partner like Harsh as he is an understanding person. She added, "When he shared the decision of spending equally on the wedding, I felt so proud to have him in my life."
Wedding Expenses!
She further said, "As I have always seen in our Punjabi weddings, all the expenses are borne by the bride's parents. I really appreciate his decision."
Apparently, Bharti and Harsh have been dating each other since 8 years. Earlier, there were speculations that the duo had got secretly engaged. But, the comedienne denied all the rumours.
Regarding her marriage Bharti had earlier said that they might get married by November or December. They haven't decided it yet as there are a lot of shows they are working on.
Bharti had also added that she doesn't want to do anything for one month before wedding. She had said, "I want to just get busy with pre-wedding preparations. Shootings will keep happening but marriage happens only once."
