Like every year, Bigg Boss offered Rs 10 lakh to the finalists this year too. Manu chose to opt for the deal. He took the hefty sum offered to him and left the show.
Manu received The Least Number of Votes
His decision shocked his fans. However, it came as a blessing in disguise for him, as he had received the least number of votes. So, he would have been evicted, even if had not accept the money.

Priya’s Comments
Priya went on to say that she is not all convinced with his decision. It was quite evident that she was unhappy.
Salman’s Revelations
Salman revealed to her that Manu was in the fourth place according to the votes and he took a right decision to walk away with the money.
Kishwer Merchant
It has to be recalled that Bigg Boss 9 contestant Kishwer Merchant, also chose to accept the offer given by the Bigg Boss and walked away with Rs. 15 lakh before the finale.
Earlier, Manu Punjabi was in news during his stay in the Bigg Boss house for his relationship with fellow contestant, Monalisa. Mona's boyfriend Vikrant and Manu's girlfriend Priya were quite unhappy with Manu and Mona's increasing closeness.

In fact, Priya has stated that she hates Mona and went on tell that she is a despo! Mona then married her boyfriend Vikrant in the show, which grabbed many eyeballs.
With Manu Punjabi leaving the house, there contestants - Manveer, Lopa and Bani were the contestants for the trophy. However, common man Manveer Gurjar ended up winning the title for this season.
