Dil Se Dil Tak: Has Siddharth Shukla Been Replaced By Manish Raisinghania?

Recently, we had reported about Dil Se Dil Tak makers' wanting to replace the main lead Siddharth Shukla as they were fed up of his tantrums. There are also reports that Manish Raisinghania will be stepping into Siddharth's shoes.

A source was quoted by an entertainment portal as saying, "After a hurried search the makers decided on finalising Manish, who is not only a good actor but has had a warm relationship with the channel when he worked with Sasural Simar Ka."

Contrary to the above rumours, there are also reports that Siddharth has been targeted. Although, Siddharth and the production house had some differences, Siddharth is not replaced!

An actor from the show was quoted by a leading daily as saying, "We were shocked to read the kind of negative things that were said about him on some websites. They were either incidents that had been blown out of proportion or were false. It really seems like somebody has an axe to grind against him."

The actor further added, "Differences between actors and producers crop up all the time in our industry and they are resolved amicably. In this case too, both Siddharth Shukla and the producers Shashi and Sumeet Mittal are thorough professionals. It's sad that some others took advantage of the situation and spread rumours."

Now that Manish has not confirmed the news about his replacement, can we assume that Sid is not replaced yet?
