OH NO! Star Plus' Trending Soap Ishqbaaz To Air Only 5 Days A Week!

Star Plus' Ishqbaaz will become a quintessential weekday show to make way for two new shows – Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai and Aarambh.

Star Plus' trending soap, Ishqbaaz is definitely one of the most loved shows on television. The saga revolving around the lives of three Oberoi brothers - Shivaay, Omkara and Rudra has won the hearts of the audiences.

The show, which was launched in the month of June 2016 recently completed 200 episodes. Not only that, Ishqbaaz has created history by becoming the only show to have its own spin-off on Indian television, which is titled 'Dil Bole Oberoi'. Dil Bole Oberoi is all set to begin from 13th February, 2017 at 10.30 pm. Good news, isn't it?

Now there is a bad news for all the fans out there! Ishqbaaz, which currently airs 6 days a week, i.e., from Monday to Saturday will undergo a major change. Yes, you have heard it right!

If reports are to be believed, the show will air only five days a week (Monday to Friday) instead, from March 2017. Although, the exact is not revealed, it is sure that Ishqbaaz will become a quintessential weekday.

It is being said that the reason for this major change is to pave way way for the 2 new shows on the time slot. Surbhi Jyoti and Shoaib Ibrahim's upcoming thriller, Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai will take up 9pm to 10 pm time slot.

Another upcoming show, 'Aarambh', will take up Ishqbaaz's timeslot. However, an offical announcment regarding the same, is awaited from the channel.

Well, it is a sad news for the fans indeed. What say, guys?
