Kishwer Merchant To Do A Cameo Role In Star Plus' Upcoming Show Dhhai Kilo Prem!

Dhhai Kilo Prem is one of the upcoming shows in the afternoon slot under 'Star Plus Dopahar'. The show which is a joint venture of Ekta Kapoor and Sandiip Sikcand, is a love story of two overweight people, Piyush and Deepika.

The refreshing love story stars Meherzan Mazda and Anjali Anand in the lead roles. The show deals with two overweight people, who are not all bogged down by their 'weight' issues. Instead, they are two headstrong individuals with different dreams.

Popular telly actress Kishwer Merchant is all set to play a cameo role in the show. The actress who was last seen in Zee TV's show, Brahmarakshas is currently enjoying a blissful married life.

In an interview to a leading entertainment portal, Kishwer confirmed the news. She told, "I will be part of the first episode where there is a skit that's going on and I play the character of Surpanakha, who demeans (actress) Anjali Anand, who is the show's protagonist Deepika, for being an overweight Sita."

The promo, which was released a few days ago, has garnered positive reviews from the viewers. The show is all set to entertain the viewers from April 3 at 2 pm.
