Star Plus' latest offering 'Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai' starring Surbhi Jyoti and Shoaib Ibrahim began with a bang on February 24, and has struck a right chord with the audiences.

The finite series which has been extensively shot in Bikaner, is reportedly based on the concept of 'reincarnation', but with the twist of a thriller. Shoaib is seen as an army officer in the show, while Surbhi is seen as Geetanjali, a simple and educated girl from Rajasthan.

Sharad, who is seen as Geetanjali's over-possessive brother, Rishabh, is touted to be the main antagonist. Check out the review of the show below...

Soon, she is informed about Abhimanyu's car accident and she faints. She refuses to believe that he is no more, as she imagines him everywhere.

Six years pass by and Geetanjali is still awaiting her husband's return. Shaleen Malhotra is introduced, who is Geetanjali's friend. He arrives with a bad news and tells her, that even the army personnel has declared him dead.

On the other hand, Geetanjali continues to hear Abhimanyu calling out her name and is unable to forget him. As a part of their tradition, Rishabh fixes a wall clock in Abhimanyu's name and sets an alarm. Much to his surprise, the clock rings even before the set time. With a heavy heart, Geetanjali decides to move on, thereby forgetting her past.

This is when Chanda, the caretaker of the house, tells Rishabh that Abhimanyu's aatma is lurking in the haveli, but he refuses to believe her. Geetanjali imagines Abhimanyu everywhere....
