Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Actress Madhura Naik To Be A Part Of Diya Aur Baati Hum 2!

As we had reported earlier, the shoot of Diya Aur Baati Hum 2 has already begun! The first leg of the shoot is going on in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The makers have retained the popular faces of the first season such as Neelu Vaghela, Ashok Lokhande and Kanika Maheshwari.

Diya Aur Baati Hum Season 2 will have Sooraj and Sandhya's daughter, Kanak as the main protagonist. If reports are to be believed, Kanak will be a spoiled brat and her relationship with Bhabho would be under rocks.

Rhea Sharma has been finalised for the role of Kanak and Avinash Rekhi has been finalised as the male lead. Actors Mayank Arora and Kabeer Kumar have been roped in to play Sandhya and Sooraj's sons, Vansh and Ved.

The latest buzz is that Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon actress Madhura Naik has been roped in for the show. Yes! As per the reports by a leading entertainment portal, Madhura will play the role of Pallomi. Her character will resemble Meera Bai, but with a bold and modern touch.

The reports even suggests that her character will be a powerful one and will also turn negative. There are also reports that actress Mazel Vyas who played the role of Meera in Star Plus' popular show, Saath Nibhana Saathiya has also been roped in to play the role of Suman, Avinash's sister. With this, the cast is definitely getting bigger and better.

As per the sources, DABH 2 is all set to replace Naamkaran and is scheduled to launch towards the end of February.
