Naamkaran: After Barkha Bisht, Kunwar Amar To Bid Adieu To The Show?

A few days ago, there were reports that actress Barkha Bisht who plays the role of Asha in Star Plus' show Naamkaran has quit the show. Later, it was reported that Asha's character would end soon in the show. An upset actress has confirmed the same to a leading entertainment portal.

She told, "I didn't expect Asha to be bumped off, as she is one of the core characters of the show. The producers informed me the moment they finalised the track, and it doesn't seem to be an overnight decision. Every two weeks, we were trying something new to up the ratings."

Even after heaping praises for its intriguing storyline and performances, the show failed to get good ratings. The latest we hear is that the D3 actor Kunwar Amarjeet's role will also come to an end soon!

Shocking isn't it? The actor has a huge fan following and was roped in to give the plot, a love triangle twist. Although his entry was like a breath of fresh air and was also successful in increasing the TRPs, it didn't work wonders for the show!

As per the reports by a leading entertainment portal, chances are likely that Kunwar Amar's stint will come to an end soon, as his character Aladin is the next in the pipeline to be cut short.

This only means that the entire show's focus is on Arsheen Naamdar, who plays the role of Avni. The feisty Avni has been lauded by the audiences for her awesome acting skills.

We can only hope that the show continues to provide wholesome entertainment for its fans...
