Star Plus' Naamkaran To Take A Leap Soon?

Star Plus' latest offering Naamkaran, helmed by Mahesh Bhatt has failed to rake in numbers in spite of having an unique concept. But, the show has been praised for its powerful performances and Arsheen Namdaar's portrayal of the young Avni, is receiving praises from all over.

The entire show's focus is on Arsheen Namdaar, who plays the role of Avni. A few days ago, we had even reported that the viewers are unhappy with the current track as they unable to relate to a 10-year old 'supergirl' Avni who is going through her share of some out-of-the-box adventures in the show.

Dayavanti is troubling Avni post her mother's death. On the other hand, Avni who is completely aware that Dayavanti is responsible for her mother's death is trying her best to expose her.

Aladin and Neela, who are completely aware of Dayavanti's true nature are a pillar of strength to the little Avni. The latest buzz is that the show will take a leap soon.

As per the reports by a leading entertainment portal, the show will take a leap soon to give a fresh feel to it and we are very sure that it is a good news for the loyal viewers as well. Reportedly, auditions are going on for the new cast.

But, Sayantani Ghosh denied any such developments. In an interview to India Forums, she told, "The track next is going to be very interesting and revolves around how Neela, Avni, and Alladin will try to expose Dayavanti. About the leap, however, I have no idea."
