"Let me just clarify - I was not supposed to go to the Kapil Sharma Show. I was in Bhubaneshwar (Orissa) for a show at the time and Amaal did not attend it because he had an important meeting. All this was conveyed by our management to the people concerned at the show."

The brothers were quoted by an entertainment portal as saying, "We had an amazing time with the entire team of The Kapil Sharma Show last time when we were there. We missed not being to make it for the show this time due to our professional engagements."

Both Sunil and Kapil haven't spoken in open about the fight. The fight is indeed blown out of proportion and every move of the comedians is very carefully being watched by the media and audiences.
There is no sign of Sunil returning to the show, and it seems Kapil has also given up convincing Sunil. There are also reports that Sony channel is not ready to let Sunil go as he is bound by the contract. The channel had also said if Sunil returns to the show his conversation with Kapil will be kept minimal.
There are also reports that the channel is planning another show with Sunil Grover. Preeti Simoes was also said to have joined Sunil. But, recently she clarified that there is no such developments.
Recently, Sunil had also announced that he would be seen doing a live commentary of IPL on April 13 on app-based commentary along with Sunny Leone.
For the uninitiated, Kapil (in an inebriated state) misbehaved with his team members and even threw a shoe at Sunil, when returning from Melbourne and Sydney after finishing a stage show. Kapil took to Twitter to apologise. A hurt Sunil also responded to Kapil's tweet with a lengthy message.
