Kapil Sharma is creating a lot of buzz in Telly Town. Immediately after Kapil announced about his love, Ginni Chatrath to his fans, the comedian and actor was in news for assaulting his co-actor Sunil Grover. Not just this, he had also miffed with Begam Jaan actress Vidya Balan with his unprofessional behaviour!

According to reports from an entertainment portal, Kapil was aware that his fight with Sunil would make negative headlines. So, to avoid this, he announced about his engagement/marriage on the same day! Read on to know what Kapil has to say about his marriage plans...

When asked whether the announcement was for real, he was quoted by a leading daily as saying, "I don't understand why people are not believing something when I tweet about it? What is there to be shocked?"

He added, "Yes, I am getting married to Ginni and she is the love of my life. I have known her for 10 years since my college days in Jalandhar. I used to go to her college to do stand-up comedy."

When asked if she will join his company anytime soon, Kapil was quoted by the leading daily as saying, "No. She is busy with other things and has no plans to be a part of my production house."

Immediately after he introduced his girlfriend on social media fans and the celebrities congratulated him. Colors CEO, Raj Nayak wrote, "Congratulations !!!! @KapilSharmaK9 🥂." Kapil even thanked the celebrities individually.

About Ginni, Kapil's sister had said, "Ginni is a very good girl and is very sanskaari. She has all the qualities what Kapil is looking for in a girl. I am happy for them."

But, even after making such a big announcement, Kapil hasn't failed to make the headlines for the wrong reason. Apparently, Kapil and Sunil have unfollowed each other on social media.

Kapil even opened up on social media to reveal what went wrong. He said there are other serious issues which need to be given more importance than his and Sunil's fight. He even added that it is family matter and he will sort it out!
