Bigg Boss 12 Time Slot Change; Bepannaah, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka & Roop Might Get Affected!
Colors’ Bigg Boss 12 will now be aired at 9 pm every day. Other shows, Bepannaah, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka and Roop, timings too get affected!
Bigg Boss 12 has been hitting the headlines for one or the other reason. There are many names doing the rounds regarding the contestants' list. Amidst these reports, the CEO of Colors, Raj Nayak has announced the breaking news! He took to Twitter to announce the time slot change of Bigg Boss 12. It has to be recalled that Bigg Boss was earlier slated to air at 10.30 pm on weekdays and 9 pm on weekends. Well, now the show will be aired at 9 pm every day!
Raj Nayak wrote, "#BreakingNews This season of the biggest Reality show on Indian Television #BiggBoss12 to be telecast at 9 PM on all days @ColorsTV! @iamappyfizz @oppomobileindia @PanasonicIndia." - (sic)
Are The Makers Trying To Compete With KBC?
Well, we wonder what made the makers change the time slot of the show, considering the show has a lot of controversial contents and not ‘sanskari' to be aired for the prime-time slot. Are the makers trying to compete with Amitabh Bachchan's iconic game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati 10, which is being aired at 9 pm on Sony TV?
Why Is The Show Being Premiered Before The Usual Airtime?
The show has also been aired before the usual airtime (October or November). Regarding the same, Salman had clarified that his film schedules have nothing to do with the early schedule. In an interview with DNA he said, "It has nothing to do with my film schedules or dates. The channel wanted the show to get over before December so that the contestants can be free to celebrate the New Year."
Roop Time Slot Change
Since Bigg Boss time slot is changed to 9, other shows' time slot will be affected. Shashank Vyas and Donal Bisht's Roop - Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, which was aired at 9 pm, will be shifted to 10 pm.
Bepannah & Silsila Time Slot Change!
Jennifer Winget and Harshad Chopra's Bepannaah, which was aired at 9.30 pm, will be moved to the 10.30 pm slot. Also, Aditi Dev Sharma, Shakti Arora and Drashti Dhami's show, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, which was aired at 10 pm, will be shifted to the 11 pm slot.
Well, these major changes in the programme might also affect the TRPs of the shows.
