Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon that starred Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani in the lead roles, was premiered on Star Plus on June 6, 2011. The show completed 7 years yesterday.
While Sanaya was seen playing the role of Khushi, Barun was seen as Arnav. Barun and Sanaya's chemistry was loved by fans! It has to be recalled that the tune Rabba Ve from the show was a superhit.

Sanaya got nostalgic and recalled her first day of shoot. She revealed a less known fact about her auditions and how the show gave her friends for a lifetime. The actress thanked everyone associated with the show who made Khushi and Arnav's story so magical. She also thanked fans for their unlimited love.

Daljeet Kaur also shared a few pictures and shared a lengthy message. She revealed as to how she gave a look test for the show, even though she didn't want to (as she wasn't well) and things changed for the rest of her life.

Well, the show and the lead pair is loved so much that even now they want to see Barun Sobti paired opposite Sanaya Irani, and not any other actress! It has to be recalled that the makers and the channel had brought the show back, but had paired another actress (Shivani Tomar) opposite Barun. Fans refused to accept the show as they wanted Sanaya back, and the show soon went off air!
