Sakshi Tanwar Adopts A Baby Girl; Names Her After Goddess Lakshmi!

Bade Acche Lagte Hai actress, Sakshi Tanwar has joined the likes of Sushmita Sen, Raveena Tandon, Sunny Leone and Neelam Kothari, who have adopted baby girls! Yes, the actress has adopted a baby girl, this Navarti. Sakshi considers the baby as a blessing from Goddess Lakshmi, and hence, has named her as Dityaa, which is another name of Goddess Lakshmi. Dityaa also means 'the answer to all her prayers'. The baby will soon turn nine-month-old. The actress says that the baby has already brought happiness in her and family's lives!

Sakshi was quoted by TOI as saying, "With the blessings of my parents and the support of my family and friends, I have adopted a baby girl, who will soon turn nine months old. I am delighted to share my happiness with everyone as I welcome this bundle of joy into my life."

The actress further added, "This is undoubtedly the greatest moment of my life. My family and I are elated to embrace Dityaa. She is the answer to all my prayers and I feel blessed to have her in my life."

Sakshi's friend Ekta Kapoor took to social media to wish the new mom! She wrote, "Bade ache lagte hai.... Ye Sakshi Ye Priya Ye Parvati aur( dityas) MOM! To u n ur princess have a wonderful journey ! #dityasmom." - (sic)

Well, we must say that Sakshi has indeed set a major example by adopting a little girl.
