In Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, Mouli gets to know about Nandini’s death and is shocked about the same. She blames herself for Nandini’s death and decides to take care of Nandini’s daughter Pari.
The makers of Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka are leaving no stones unturned to make the show interesting. In the previous episodes, we saw how Mouli gets upset seeing Kunal. She thinks Kunal is happy with his wife Nandini and daughter Pari. She feels bad for not giving happiness to Mishti. She then decides to marry Ishaan. Radhika and Dida are surprised with Mouli's decision but are happy that she has decided to move on in her life. Mouli and Ishaan also decide to get engaged within two days!

Kunal To Attend Ishaan & Mouli’s Engagement!
In the upcoming episode, Mishti informs Pari about her mother getting engaged to Ishaan. Since Pari and Mishti are friends, Kunal would be forced to attend Ishaan and Mouli's engagement.
Mouli Gets To Know About Nandini’s Death
Later, while Mouli and Ishaan are asked to visit the temple for a puja, Kunal is seen doing preparations for Nandini's ‘shraadh'. Both Kunal and Mouli are at the same temple. Mouli gets to see Nandini's photo and is shocked to know that she is no more!
Mouli Blames Herself For Nandini’s Death
Mouli tells Radhika and Dida about Nandini's death. They get upset and are concerned for Pari. Ishaan gets to know that Kunal was Mouli's ex-husband and that he left her for Nandini. He tells Dida that after knowing the truth, his love for Mouli has doubled!
She Visits Darga For Nandini
Meanwhile, Mouli is guilty and feels that her curses led to Nandini's death! She goes to the Darga (where Nandini used to go) to pray for Nandini. She bumps into Kunal, who would be returning from the Darga.
Reason For Nandini’s Death
Kunal reveals to Mouli that Nandini was suffering from fatal cancer. She struggled hard to survive but eventually succumbed. Mouli is shattered hearing the same and is in tears!
Mouli To Adopt Pari!
It is being said that Mouli will forgive Nandini and will decide to take care of her daughter Pari. Mouli will be seen cheering up Pari. She will make sure that she doesn't miss Nandini and take her responsibility.
