Home: Supriya Pilgaonkar Reveals What Home Means To Her In The Monologue!

ALTBalaji's upcoming series 'Home' dwells upon the story of a family struggling to fight for their home stuck into the corrupt hands of the builders. The series is sure to resonate with every Indian who dreams to have their own shelter and is loosely based on the true events revolving around the story about a housing society where families lost their homes due to misconduct of the builder. Annu Kapoor, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Amol Parashar and Parikshit Sahani play pivotal roles on the show.

The makers recently released monologue of the show. Ekta Kapoor shared the video on Twitter and wrote, "Home is a feeling ! Home is a memory Home is family. Home is a person. Home is comfort Home is an investment. Home is safety. Home is much more than a house." - (sic)

In the monologue, Supriya Pilgaonkar is seen described what home means to her. The actress says, "Home is not just a house! It's our entire world, where there is love, peace and security. This is the place where we nurture our kids; this is where they get wings to fly and fulfil their dream. After a lot of sacrifice, I have made this Home (ghar) from a house (makaan), because Home is not just made of four walls, Home is a feeling."

Habib Faisal, who presented the story of a middle-class family with his debut film Do Dooni Chaar, will be exploring the genre yet again. He is the first director to present a story on the digital platform of a middle-class family inspired from real incidents.
