Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is back on top slot, thanks to the latest track! The unexpected twist in Kartik and Naira's track is keeping the viewers glued to the show. In the latest episode, we saw Kartik struggling to know what's bothering him so much. He prays to Lord Krishna to solve his issue. After watching Naksh and Kriti's skit (they played Krishna and Radhe), Kartik realises that he is guilty and should apologise to Naira. He takes help of Luv and Kush to bring Naira to a room.
While Kartik apologises to Naira, Goenkas and Singhanias fight over Kartik and Naira's issue. On the other hand, Kartik cries his heart out and confesses to all his mistakes and how he never trusted Naira. He accepts that his ego had stopped him apologising to her for these many days.
Singhanias & Goenkas Search For Naira & Kartik
In the upcoming episode, blast occurs as the cylinders burst at the venue. Singhania and Goenka's families panic as they don't find Kartik and Naira. While Naksh and Naitik go in search of Naira, Manish searches for Kartik.

Naira hugs Kartik in fear, while he promises her that he won't let anything happen to her. Naira feels suffocated and faints, while Kartik panics. He holds her in his arms and rushes out. Both Kartik and Naira get injured.

As they are taken in separate ambulances, they shout for each other. The family members are shocked with the incident, and Suwarna realises her mistake. She prays for Naira and Kartik's recovery.
