Zain Imam says that promoting Shrenu Parikh’s character was a promotional strategy of Ek Bhram – Sarvagun Sampanna. He adds that the show is incomplete without his character Kabir Mittal.

Star Plus' show Ek Bhram - Sarvagun Sampanna was launched with huge hype. The show stars Shrenu Parikh in never-seen-before character (negative role- Jhanvi Mittal) and Kabir Mittal, Jhanvi's brother-in-law played by Zain Imam. The promos focussed on Shrenu's role. It was also said that the show is inspired by a real story of a high profile influential family. It was even reported that the makers received threat calls from various influential families interrogating if it is based on their lives. Regarding his character, Kabir Mittal, Zain told the leading daily, "I play an army officer, who has immense love for his family and friends. He marries his best friend's widow and that creates a rift between him and his family. How he fights to get this girl an acceptance in the family will be for all to see. Kabir and his father are also always at loggerheads and that is an interesting side to my character."

If you remember, I played an IPS officer in Naamkarann. And the role was equally important as the lead girl. Similarly, this show is also incomplete without Kabir Mittal."
