Bigg Boss OTT 2 update: Twitter users are fuming with anger over Bebika Dhurve's comments on Manisha Rani. They have slammed her for 'discussing Manisha Rani's periods' in the show, mentioning that she crossed the line. Bebika, while interacting with Jiya Shankar and Falaq Naaz, discussed how Manisha joined Abhishek Malhan and Aashika Bhatia in the pool.

As the Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestants enjoyed a pool session, Manisha Rani also joined. While the Bhojpuri content creator had a blast with her friends Abhishek and Aashika, Bebika pointed out that she was menstruating and should not have entered the pool. Twitterati accused her of 'period-shaming', pointing out that she should have not talked about someone's period in the reality show, which is hosted by Salman Khan.

"Usne pool mein bataya nhi. Aashika ke back pe chadke pool me ter rahi thi. Abhishek Malhan usko aise pakad raha hai. Why are you sitting on someone's back like that? It's very frustrating. That too around men," Bebika told Jiya and Falaq in the bathroom area.

Fans took to social media to express their displeasure with Bebika. They lashed out at her for saying 'demeaning' things about Manisha Rani. One user tweeted, "This is so disgusting... Why unnecessarily degrade her on national Tv on having periods. Have some shame girl."

"I am filling proud ki me manisha rani ko support kar rahahun, ek ladki jo. Period me ho ke vi kal ki dance competition me sabko pelahe. Task jita vi he (sic)," one person said.

On a related note, Jiya Shankar, Falaq Naaz, Avinash Sachdev, Jad Hadid, Aashika Bhatia and Elvish Yadav have been nominated for eviction this week. The reality show has been extended for two weeks and the grand finale will now premiere on August 13, 2023.
