‘Serious Internal Head Injury’: Reports Suggest Aditya Singh Rajput Did Not Die Due To Drug Overdose; DEETS

Aditya Singh Rajput Death Update: Splitsvilla fame, Aditya Singh Rajput's death shocked the world. As per police reports, the 32-year-old actor-model was found dead in the bathroom of his residence on Monday afternoon.

Preliminary reports suggested Aditya might have died due to a drug overdose, however, the latest reports suggest Aditya might have suffered a serious head injury.

REPORTS SUGGEST ADITYA SINGH RAJPUT SUSTAINED SEVERE HEAD INJURIES

As per a report in Indian Express, a police officer was quoted as saying to the news portal, "A small injury on the rare left side of his head was seen during the panchnama. There was no bleeding, but the swelling on that part of the head was clearly visible. We suspect that he sustained a serious internal head injury but are awaiting a post-mortem report to ascertain the exact cause of his death."

The officer further added, "We suspect he slipped and fell. His head probably collapsed on the corner of a tiled portion. And the impact of the head on the tile was so high that the tiles of that particular portion of the bathroom got broken."

ADITYA'S POST-MORTEM REPORT IS AWAITED

It is worth mentioning that the police officers are still investigating the matter and are awaiting the post-mortem reports to ascertain the exact cause of his death. The deputy commissioner of police, Krishnakant Upadhyay said, "We have already started the investigation and are all waiting for the post-mortem reports to ascertain his exact cause of death."

Aditya's last rites were performed on Tuesday at Oshiwara crematorium ground. It was attended by his industry friends including Rajiv Adatia and Rajiv K Verma.

For the unversed, Aditya enjoyed an immense fan following on social media, also he was very well-known in the entertainment industry. Apart from being a part of several TV commercials, he also featured in Hindi shows and films. He essayed an important role in Ajay Devgn and Kajol starrer U Me Aur Hum.
