Ankit Gupta is one of the most talked about actors in the television industry these days. The handsome hunk had won millions of hearts with his simplicity and laid back attitude on Bigg Boss 16 and he was a treat to watch on the popular reality show. And now, Ankit is grabbing the eyeballs for his new show Junooniyatt. Also starring Gautam Vig and Neha Rana in the lead, Junooniyatt is a musical drama wherein Ankit plays the role of an aspiring singer who also plays the guitar.

As fans love his swag as Jahaan in Junooniyatt, Ankit reveals that shooting for the role isn't easy for him as he is learning to play the guitar to do justice to the role following which his fingers have bruised. "I am learning the basics of guitar strumming so that I can do justice to the character of Jahaan, who is a passionate and aspiring singer. I've never really played an instrument in my life, and this is the second time when I am holding a guitar. It's a new experience and I will keep practising till the guitar looks like an extension of my body. Some shots require me to strum the guitar at a fast pace, leaving my fingers swollen and bruised," he added.

While Ankit's dedication has managed to leave a mark on the audience, Ankit has no regrets for all the challenges he is facing in shooting for the role of Jahaan. Explaining his point, the Udaariyaan actor stated that the scenes are crucial and he wants to do justice to the role.

Apart from this, Ankit will also be in a music video with Priyanka Choudhary. The actress shared a beautiful pic with Ankit and wrote, "Love isn't always about romance. It's about going through life with your friend. Pyaar Dosti hai. New song coming soon".
