Kanika Mann's Chand Jalne Laga To REPLACE Ankit Gupta's Junooniyatt? EXCLUSIVE
Chand Jalne Laga Launch date: Colors TV is all set to rejig its programming in the upcoming days. Shows like Saavi Ki Savaari and DharamPatnii will bid adieu to the audience as they have not been performing well in terms of numbers. After introducing the first promo of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 17, the channel is now gearing up to reveal the promotional video for Chand Jalne Laga.
CHAND JALNE LAGA TIMING, PREMIERE DATE
Filmibeat was the first portal to confirm that Kanika Mann and Vishal Aditya Singh will be paired opposite each other in Chand Jalne Laga. Kanika and Vishal are a fresh pairing on Indian television and the channel has high hopes from the upcoming romantic drama.
"Siddharth Kumar Tewary, who is riding high on the success of Shiv Shakti, is back with a new romantic drama. It will be different than his previous shows as there is a major twist that will entice the viewers," a source informed. Interestingly, the promo shoot has been completed and the first promo will be unveiled soon on Colors channel.
JUNOONIYATT TO GET A NEW TIME SLOT?
If the recent buzz is to be believed, Ankit Gupta's Junooniyatt might witness a time slot change from next month. While the show has witnessed a rise in numbers after moving to 9pm slot, the recent numbers have been disappointing. Competition from Asia Cup 2023 has affected Junooniyatt.
A source exclusively told Filmibeat, "Chand Jalne Laga is expected to launch either in October or November at a prime-time slot. Have heard that Junooniyatt might witness a time slot change as Colors channel wants to give the best slot possible. It will be their biggest fiction show of the year and they don't want to leave any stone unturned for it."

Will Junooniyat get shifted to the 9:30pm slot after Agnisakshi goes off air? Our khabri quipped, "Things will be clear next month when the creative team takes a final call. Everything will depend on the TRPs of Junooniyatt."
DharamPatnii, which stars Fahmaan Khan is already under the scanner and will go off air soon. Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 17 will replace the daily soap that is produced by Ekta Kapoor from next month.
