Is Ankit Gupta-Neha Rana’s Junooniyatt Going Off Air? Gautam Vig Gives A Quirky Response

Ankit Gupta and Gautam Vig became a household name with their respective stints in Bigg Boss 16. And after a successful journey on the popular reality show, the handsome hunks made headlines after they bagged their show Junooniyatt soon after their exit from Bigg Boss 16.

Produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey, the show happens to be a musical drama and also features Neha Rana in the lead. Junooniyatt had opened to rave reviews from the audience. The show has been witnessing an exciting plot with Jahaan (played by Ankit Gupta) & Elahi (played by Neha Rana) confessing their feelings for each other.

Interestingly, Junooniyatt recently made the headlines as there were rumours about the show coming to an end soon. And now, Gautam Vig has reacted to the same. This happened during an interacting Q&A session wherein Gautam was quizzed about when Junooniyatt is coming to an end.

To this, Gautam came up with a rather surprised and quirky response. He said, "Kyun hoga". Clearly, the former Bigg Boss 16 contestant doesn't want the musical drama to end anytime soon. To note, Junooniyatt marks Ankit and Gautam's first collaboration after Bigg Boss 16.

Meanwhile, during the Q&A session, Gautam also quizzed about his bond with co-star Ankit Gupta and his rumoured girlfriend Priyanka Choudhary. To note, the trio was seen together in Bigg Boss 16. Responding to the fans, Gautam said that they will always be good friends. He also revealed with whom he is the closest on Junooniyatt sets among all the co-stars and he was quick to name Ankit Gupta.

Meanwhile, Ankit Gupta spilled beans about the upcoming plot in Junooniyatt. Talking to Telly Chakkar, Ankit said, "I want to explore which I have not done before, So for Jahan, there will be a track wherein Jahan becomes a rock star. And in the end, he comes back to India and he has a tour of seven cities. So I'm going to explore that. I'm very much looking forward to that. Rock star, full stage, huge audience, and performing. I'm very much looking forward to that".
