According to media reports, Rupali is earning around Rs 3 lakhs per episode. The media reports also that she owns a lavish apartment in Mumbai. Apart from this, Rupali is also reportedly a proud owner of a Jaguar XJ and Mahindra Thar which cost around Rs 90 lakhs and Rs 16 lakhs respectively. Meanwhile, Rupali has been all praises for Anupamaa and said that the show gave her a second lease of life."This show Anupamaa has made me realise I am Monisha in real life. I want to become Anupamaa who is strong, helps other women and raise social issues. After Sanjivani, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai uplifted me and now Anupamaa has given me a second lease of life. Everyone has started knowing me. So many big people from the industry come and tell me they like my work, our show," she was quoted saying to ETimes.

Furthermore, Rupali also admitted being age shamed for romancing Gaurav Khanna who happens to be younger to him. Talking about Rupali said they are playing Anupama and Anuj in the show who are of the same age. "Criticism, encouragement are most welcome but if you will get to shame me, not accepted," Rupali added.
