Anupamaa Actor In Jawan: After a long gap of four years, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan finally returned to the silver screen with Siddharth Anand's spy thriller Pathaan earlier this year and broke many box office records.

As Pathaan turned out to be a blockbuster, all eyes are now on SRK's upcoming films. Well, he'll next be seen in Atlee's much-hyped film Jawan co-starring Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani among others in pivotal roles.

Now, a TV actor has confirmed bagging a role in Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan. Well, we're talking about Guru Haryani who's been a part of many hit TV shows including Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Yeh Hai Chahatein, and Bepannaah among others.

In a recent interview, Guru opened about his role in Jawan and revealed that he's playing a small yet pivotal part in the much-awaited movie. Talking to ETimes, he said, "I'm excited to be a part of a Bollywood movie, that features Shah Rukh Khan. I'm playing a small role but have major scenes with actress Sanya Malhotra. It was really an amazing experience shooting with the team and working with the production house. I hope the audience enjoys watching me. As an actor I wish to explore each medium and enjoy such grand opportunities."

Interestingly, Guru Haryani is seen doing mostly cameos and small roles in TV shows as well. Talking about beng typecast and producers approaching him mostly for small parts, he added, "It's funny as a newcomer I was happy to play small roles or cameo in shows. But it was much later when I found myself being typecast. Earlier, I was being called for selective characters, but now I'm being selective with the characters I essay."

Well, bagging a part in a Shah Rukh Khan film is not a small thing. Here's wishing him all the very best for it.

Jawan is slated to hit the theatres on June 2, 2023, and everyone is excited to watch it on the big screens.
