Anupamaa Update: Produced by Director's Kut Productions under Rajan Shahi's banner, the Star Plus show Anupamaa has captured the audience's affection since its debut in 2020. Starring Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna in the pivotal roles of Anupama and Anuj Kapadia, the family drama has been performing consistently well on the TRP charts week after week.

At regular intervals, the makers of Anupamaa introduce various twists and turns to enhance the entertainment quotient for their dedicated fan base. The most recent promos reveal the introduction of a major plot twist as Anupamaa will finally fulfill her America dream. While there are rumours of Anuj and Anupama's separation once again, the current track revolves around Malti Devi provoking Choti Anu against Anupama.

NIDHI SHAH AKA KINJAL CONFIRMS COMEBACK IN ANUPAMAA

Amid all this, Anupamaa is set to witness the re-entry of an important character after a short break. Well, we're talking about everyone's favourite Kinjal aka Nidhi Shah. Yes, you read that right! Last month, Nidhi confirmed her exit from the top-rated Star Plus show, and her character was seen shifting to the UK with husband Toshu and daughter Pari.

However, in a surprising turn of events, Kinjal is returning to the Shah house and Nidhi Shah has confirmed her re-entry in Anupamaa in a recent interview. Talking to ETimes about the same, the actress also confirmed the leap rumours stated, "Honestly, I wasn't expecting that I would be returning soon. Earlier, we had this conversation that there is a lot of time for my return. As you know the show is set to take a leap. I was told that I would be returning during the beginning of the leap or something. This feels great to be back on set after a long break. I am quite enjoying being back and working again. I knew I was not out of the show, I didn't quit the show."

On being asked about the upcoming twists in the storyline, Nidhi added, "The script required Toshu and Kinjal to come back. The producer and the creators want to add a twist and turn, add a mystery before it takes a leap, whether we go back to the UK or not."
