Anupamaa update: Ardent fans of Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna got a special surprise in the recent episode. They were pleasantly surprised to hear Shaheer Sheikh's voice during a crucial sequence in the hit daily soap.

SHAHEER SHEIKH VOICEOVER IN ANUPAMAA

The Kuch Rang Pyar Ki Aise Bhi actor lent his voice for a poem, which was showcased in the recent episode of Anupamaa. It was indeed a treat for the viewers as Shaheer narrated the poem at a time when MaAn are facing issues in their lives and on the brink of divorce.

The Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke star's voiceover added to the drama of the scene. While Anupamaa is busy with her Dance Academy, Anuj is miles away in Mumbai with Choti Anu and Maya. They couldn't meet each other after they parted ways over a misunderstanding.

Ankush called Anuj Kapadia to Ahmedabad, requesting him to come back to attend some work meeting. He also called Anupamaa following which we heard Shaheer's poem, which the intensity of the drama in the show.

SHAHEER SHEIKH REACTS TO FANS' COMMENT ON HIS VOICEOVER

The TV heartthrob, while interacting with a portral, reacted to the reaction that he received from the audience. He expressed his gratitude to the makers and Rajan Shahi.

"They want me to give voiceover for a particular scene, and it was a surprise for me. It's very different, and excited about this. I thank DKP Production and Rajan Shahi for giving me the opportunity," Shaheer told India Forums.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR SHAHEER SHEIKH?

On the professional front, the Navya actor is currently seen in Woh Toh Hai Albelaa, which is also produced by Rajan Shahi. He is paired opposite Hiba Nawab in the daily soap, which airs on Star Bharat.

The Mahabharat actor has also been approached for Nach Baliye 10. However, he is yet to accept the offer.

A source exclusively told Filmibeat, "Hina Khan-Rocky Jaiswal and Shaheer Sheikh-Ruchikaa Kapoor have been approached to shake a leg in Nach Baliye 10. The production house is keen to rope the two celebrity couples for the same. However, Hina and Shaheer are yet to accept the offer."

"I don't think Shaheer Sheikh is going to accept the offer. He is a shy and reserved person, who believes in keeping his personal life as private as possible. However, one can never say never. Talking about Hina Khan, she politely declined previous seasons and it remains to be seen if the makers will be able to convince her to change decision or not," the source added.

ANUPAMAA NEW TWIST

As per the latest track, Anuj and Anupamaa have decided to end their relationship. While there is a tiny hope, things point out towards their separation. Will MaAn get divorced? Only time will tell.
