Gaurav Khanna, who recently shot a romantic scene with Rupali Ganguly for Anupamaa, revealed that he suffered minor cuts on the set. The actor slipped on the floor as he was high on energy. He said that his leg slipped on the carpet and got a cut on his eyebrows. The shooting was halted as everyone was worried about their favourite Anuj.

Gaurav expressed his gratitude towards Lord Ganesh as Ganesh Chaturthi 2023 kick-started from September 19. Despite falling down on his face, the actor was not injured. He said that he is lucky Ganpati Bappa saved him from any injury. The fall happened when Maan's romantic scene was filmed in the bedroom.

GAURAV KHANNA SLIPS ON CARPET, SUFFERS CUTS ON FACE

The CID star said that he didn't fall on the bed but ended up falling on the carpet. Calling it a 'bad fall', he revealed what he told his wife Akanksha about the incident on the set. Everyone heaved a sigh of relief after Gaurav confirmed that he was fine.

"Do teen phele main scene kar raha tha Rupali Ganguly ji ke saath, jo shayad aaj telecast hua. Romantic scene tha, bedroom scene tha. Meri energy kuch jyada hi hai. Mera per slip hua carpet mein," Gaurav Khanna said.

Gaurav Khanna is on cloud nine after winning two awards at the Star Parivaar Awards 2023. He won the Favourite Pita and Favourite Jodi at SPA 2023. MaAn beat AbhIra to claim the best jodi award.
