Anupamaa update: The massive twist in Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's hit show has left the viewers shocked. Who ever thought that a couple like Anuj Kapadia and Anupamaa would separate? Things turned awry for the two lovebirds, who reunited after twenty-six long years. Their relationship failed to survive the high tide after Choti Anu left the Kapadia mansion. MaAn was considered the ideal couple as they gave serious goals to everyone; however, they have separated from each other, leaving the audience upset.
Anuj Kapadia, who was always calm and composed, lost his cool at Anupamaa, blaming her for the mess in their lives. He not only lashed out at her but also threatened to leave the house, confirming their split. The 360 degree turn in his character came as a shock as fans never expected Anuj to ever leave Anupamaa after seeing her suffer at the hands of Vanraj Shah. Amid the buzz over Anupamaa and Anuj's separation, the makers have unveiled a new promo on social media.

In the viral promo, Anupamaa can be seen walking on the road after Anuj abandoned her. A mystery woman featured in the promo and it made the fans wonder if a new entry will change Anupamaa's life.Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages, expressing their excitement on the new entry in the show. One user wrote, "Who's the new entry in Anupamaa promo?" while another commented, "Anupamaa is way too many characters. We don't need another one (sic)."
Truth About Neena Gupta, Kirron Kher
There are mumours that Neena Gupta or Kirron Kher will be seen entering Anupamaa and the character will influence Anupamaa to make a change in her path. A source close to the sets exclusively told Filmibeat, "Contrary to the rumours floating on the internet, Neena Gupta and Kirron Kher are not entering Anupamaa. In fact, there's no new entry in the show. Anupamaa's mother is expected to make a comeback to support her amid the tussle in life. Neena and Kirron have not been approached to play significant roles in Anupamaa."

Anupamaa, which also stars Chavvi Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Nidhi Shah, Sudhanshu Pandey in key roles, was launched in July 2020. The show has been dominating the TRP charts since its inception. Despite the launch of several daily soaps at 10pm on rival channels, Anupamaa continued to be the number one show. Last week, the daily soap bagged the numero uno spot with a rating of 3, beating the likes of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Imlie.
