Anupamaa | Rupali Ganguly’s Co-Star Reveals Receiving Negativity From Fans: Those Hateful Messages…

Anupamaa Update: Since its premiere in 2020, Rajan Shahi's Anupamaa, starring Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna in the iconic roles of Anupama and Anuj Kapadia, has captured the hearts of its dedicated audience. This family-oriented drama has consistently dominated the TRP charts, engrossing viewers with its engaging storyline and entertainment value.

Anupamaa boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, Nidhi Shah, and Ashish Mehrotra, each contributing significantly to the narrative fabric. One of them is Sagar Parekh who replaced Paras Kalnawat as Samar last year. After an initial struggle, he finally established himself as Samar, one of the most-loved characters in Anupamaa.

SAGAR PAREKH AKA SAMAR ON HATEFUL MESSAGES

Interestingly, the actor recently one year as Samar recently and is happy with the response to his performance. However, in a recent interview, Sagar opened up about receiving negativity from the loyal viewers of Anupamaa during his initial days in the top-rated Star Plus show. Yes, you read that right!

Revealing the same to ETimes, Sagar said, "The audiences were also against me. I had experienced a lot of negativity from them as they had seen one face for almost two years so they were attached to it and refused to accept me. Samar was one of the most prominent characters in the show. I remember out of nowhere I received a lot of negative comments when I started playing Samar. Those hateful messages were really sad for me and then there was this pressure whether the co-actors would accept me or not."

Talking about his journey in the show so far, Sagar revealed feels that the time slipped by so quickly that he hardly realized when he completed an entire year on the show. While Sagar is happily playing Samar, he's looking forward to creating more memories on sets and getting love from fans.

As per the ongoing track of Anupamaa, Malti Devi is plotting against Anupama to take revenge from her and is using Samar-Dimpy for the same. The nelly-married duo signed a contract with Malti Devi by going against Anupama and the whole Shah family. Along with Dimpy, even Samar is now against his own mother and it'll be interesting to see how Anupamaa will tackle the whole situation.
