Well, even our favourite celebrities have many fond memories connected to April Fool's Day. In an exclusive conversation with Filmibeat, TV star Namish Taneja talked about the day and recalled how he used to spend the days with his friends.

Namish Taneja, who is currently winning hearts with his performance as Ashish in Maitree said, "April fools' is a day where we have the leeway to do practical jokes and get away with it by saying 'April Fools' Day'. I totally enjoy it because it gives me a chance to be my crazy self and make people smile. I have played practical jokes with my friend since we were kids, and till date, we talk about the good old days. The first reaction may not be very accepting but people are sporting to understand that it is just a joke, and I love that. I would never hurt anyone's feelings in this process, the idea is to only make people laugh."

For the unversed, Namish Taneja started his TV journey with Sony TV's Ekk Nayi Pehchaan in 2013 and rose to fame after playing the lead role in the hit Colors show Swaragini co-starring Tejasswi Prakash. He then went on to be a part of shows like Ikyawann, Main Maike Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo, Vidya, and Aye Mere Humsafar.
