Asim Riaz Opens Up On Sidharth Shukla’s Demise After Over A Year; Says ‘I Knew It Before’

Sidharth Shukla's demise has been one of the most heartbreaking news of the television world. The actor, who had won Bigg Boss 13, passed away in September 2021 and his demise left everyone heartbroken. And now, after over a year of Sidharth unfortunate demise, Sidharth's Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant Asim Riaz opened up about the fateful day. During an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Asim stated that he got to know about Sidharth's demise even before the news broke to him.

Asim stated, "He came in my dream bro, I swear. I knew it before (it happened). I had a call from one of my cousins, Ruhaan called me up, usne mujhe bola bhai news on karna (He asked me to switch on the news), he didn't tell me because he knows how emotional and how sensitive I am. I had spent so many days with him in the house. I was really connected. I had no friends outside and did not feel any connection with anyone before. Aisa emotion... ladna toh chaar chaar din, hasna toh chaar chaar din. He came in my dreams. Jab Sidharth ne footage dekhi thi apni puri toh aake usne muhe hug kiya tha...He did this (shows how Sid flipped his hair in his blue shirt). I swear to Allah".

Meanwhile, Asim has been receiving a lot of flak of late ever since he called Sidharth's Bigg Boss 13 win rigged. During the interview, Asim claimed that the makers didn't want him to win and because of this they introduced live voting during the finale to make Sidharth the winner. His statement didn't go down well with Sidharth's fans who have been lashing out at him. In fact, Shehnaaz Gill's brother Shehbaz, who was quite attached to Sidharth also took a jibe at Asim, tweeted, "Some people still don't understand sher ek hi hai aur ek hi rehta hai".
