TRP Report: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 Rises, Anupamaa Vs Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin For Top Spot

TRP of Hindi serials: The BARC TRP ratings for week 38 of 2023 have been finally released. This week has witnessed quite a few changes in the ranking of your favourite shows. Did Anupamaa top the TRP charts? Was Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai able to dethrone Kundali Bhagya? We will answer all the questions in our special segment.

CHANNEL WAR

Star Plus is still the number one channel, a feat that very few GECs have been able to achieve. It has been dominating the ratings game since the past 176 weeks now. From Anupamaa to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, seven shows from the channel featured in the list of top ten shows.

Sony SAB, Colors TV and Zee TV had a show each in the list. Shiv Shakti-Tap Tyaag Tandav made a return in the list of top Hindi serials while Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah shared the slot leadership with Imlie.

Kundali Bhagya witnessed a drop in numbers and moved out of the list in week 38.

KHATRON KE KHILADI 13 RISES, JUNOONIYATT DROPS

Shiv Thakare's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 emerged as the number one non-fiction show on Indian television. KKK 13, which is hosted by Rohit Shetty, secured a TRP of 1.6. While Kaun Banega Crorepati and India's Got Talent were stuck in the 1 TVR range, Khatron Ke Khiladi season 13 was the only reality show to touch the 1.5-TVR mark in the current week.

India's Best Dancer 3 and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa also fetched average ratings in week 38. It remains to be seen how India's Best Dancer 3 grand finale performs on Saturday.

Ankit Gupta starrer Junooniyatt suffered a drop as it fell to 1.1 despite the new promo. The romantic drama co-starring Neha Rana and Gautam Vig is expected to get a new time slot after Chand Jalne Laga launches on Colors channel.

TOP 10 HINDI SERIALS LIST- ANUPAMAA IS NUMBER ONE

Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa proved its dominance once again as it bagged the number one spot with a rating of 2.3. It was a close competition between Anupama and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin as the latter registered a TVR of 2.2. Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma's romantic drama GHKPM secured the number two position.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fetched a TRP of 1.7 while Imlie bagged the fourth position with the same rating.
