Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka New Villain: Following the success of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, featuring Disha Parmar and Nakuul Mehta, Ekta Kapoor once again collaborated with Sony TV for Barsatein - Mausam Pyar Ka. The series, starring Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon in the lead roles of Aradhana and Reyansh, debuted in July this year, generating significant excitement and anticipation.

CURRENTLY STORYLINE OF BARSATEIN

In the storyline of Barsatein, Shivangi Joshi portrays Aradhana, a journalist who joins Reyansh's company. However, her mother, a practicing dentist, strongly opposes Aradhana's career choice, urging her to pursue a medical profession instead. With the show receiving a favorable response from the audience, the makers are actively incorporating new plot twists and developments to keep viewers engaged.

The show introduced a major turning point when Nausheen Ali Sardar entered Barsatein as Aradhana's real mother with Shreya Save and Aradhana Sharma as her daughters. Later, Naagin 6 star Simba Nagpal entered as the parallel lead opposite Shivangi Joshi. Amid all this, the makers revealed another twist as Aradhana Sharma's character Kiki has turned negative now.

In a recent interview, the Splitsvilla star opened up about the changes in her character and Kiki being the new villain in Barsatein. The actress revealed that she's enjoying playing Kiki and us happy with the growth of her character.

NEW VILLAIN IN SHIVANGI JOSHI'S BARSATEIN

Talking to IWMBuzz, Aradhana Sharma said, "My character used to be carefree, joyful and had a cool style and attitude. Now her heart is broken. That's why she has turned negative. Everything is slipping away from her hands. She used to have everything before; love, her parents, money, makeup, boys. It was just this small world. But the ones she loved, well, they're all slipping away from her now, so she's slowly getting frustrated. There's sorrow inside her, emotions like a little child who's struggling."

Now, it'll be interesting to see how Kiki will impact Aradhana and Reyansh's lives.
