Barsatein: Shivangi Joshi's Co-star Talks About Bond With Yeh Rishta Actress, Says 'Haven't Got...'

Barsatein twist: Give any role to Shivangi Joshi and she will pull it off with perfection. After playing the lead role in Begusarai, the TV diva went on to essay the character of Naira in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Taking the charge from Hina Khan, the 25-year-old entertained the audience with her impressive performance in YRKKH.

SHIVANGI JOSHI IS A STAR

After a successful stint of five years, she quit the daily soap along with Mohsin Khan. As the makers introduced a generation leap, Shivangi Joshi bid adieu to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda took the mantle of the show in 2021, stepping into the shoes of Shivangi and Mohsin.

The talented actress later played the role of Anandi in Balika Vadhu 2. Although the social drama ended within a few months, her chemistry with Randeep Rai was appreciated by the viewers. As the show went off air, Shivangi bagged Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, showcasing her daredevil side in Rohit Shetty's show.

SHIVANGI JOSHI-KUSHAL TANDON IMPRESS IN BARSATEIN

Last month, she returned to the small screens with a full-fledged role in Barsatein. Her power-packed performance as Aradhana grabbed several eyeballs. The romantic drama is known for the scorching on-screen romance between Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon.

While Shivi plays the role of Aradhana, Kushal is seen as Reyansh. The Beyhadh actor made his comeback to the small screen after a gap of six years with Barsaatein- Mausam Pyaar Ka, which is produced by Ekta Kapoor.

BARSATEIN NEW ENTRY PRAISES SHIVANGI JOSHI

Shreya Dave, who has entered Barsatein as Shivangi Joshi's step-sister, opened up about her bond with the Yeh Rishta actress. She talked about her equation with her and Kushal Tandon, stating that she has not got a chance to bond as she has just started shooting for the Sony TV show.

She was all praise for Shivangi, calling her a professional who is committed to her work. She said their commitment towards work makes the environment on the set worthy. "They both have been sweet to me, and I am looking forward to shooting with them," the actress told India Forums.

Earlier, Nausheen Ali Sardar aka Mimi also appreciated Shivangi, calling her a 'sweet person' to work with.
