New Delhi: Barun Sobti and his wife Pashmeen Manchandana attended the grand meheni celebrations of his Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon co-star Dalljiet Kaur on Friday (March 17) in Mumbai. Before tying the knot with her beau Nikhil Patel, Dalljiet hosted her pre-wedding festivities, which were graced by her close friends from the industry. Barun and his family members also arrived at the celebrations to bless the soon-to-be married couple as they start their new innings together.
As Dalljiet Kaur shared photos from her mehendi function, eagle-eyed fans notice Barun Sobti's wife Pashmeen's 'baby bump'. They wondered if she is expecting their second child together. The speculations started when Dalljiet posted a snap where Pashmeen can be seen posing along with Pranita Pandit, Sanaya Irani and others.

Eagle-eyed fans were quick enough to notice Pashmeen's picture from Dalljiet Kaur's mehendi ceremony that she posted on Instagram. She was seen sporting a green traditional outfit while her baby girl Sifat donned a yellow dress. The mother-daughter duo looked cute as they complemented each other in ethnic outfits.

Barun Sobti and his wife Pashmeen are school sweethearts. The two lovebirds got hitched in December 2010 after dating each for a while. They welcomed their first child, a daughter, in 2019 after nine years of marriage. While Barun is not an avid social media user, he keeps on sharing glimpses of his little munchkin on Instagram.

Dalljiet Kaur tied the knot with Nikhil Patel in an intimate ceremony on Saturday (March 18). She will shift to Nairobi for a while before relocating to London where Nikhil is based at. She will jet off to Kenya along with Jaydon, her son from her first marriage with Shalin Bhanot.
On the professional front, Barun Sobti was last seen in Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke, which beamed on ZEE5. The action thriller co-starring starring Regina Cassandra, Sumeet Vyas and Mita Vashisht received a mixed response from the audience upon release on OTT. Barun played the role of Sameer Gupta in the series, which was directed by Srijit Mukherji.
The TV heartthrob has several exciting projects in his kitty including A Cold Mess, Kohra and Donali. Barun shot to fame after playing the role of Arnav opposite Sanaya Irani in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. The duo created ripples with their sizzling chemistry in the hit romantic drama, which aired on Star Plus for close to two years. When Barun decided to make an exit from the show, fans revolted and expressed their displeasure over seeing a new actor take over the role of Arnav. The channel had to pull the plug on IPKKND as the ardent viewers made it obvious that they would not watch the show if Arnav gets replaced.
