Bigg Boss 16’s Shiv Thakare Opens Up On His Relationship Status; Reveals The Love Of His Life

Shiv Thakare - the name doesn't need an introduction. The handsome hunk, who had earlier won Bigg Boss Marathi season 2, became a household name post his stint in Bigg Boss 16. He was among the most talked about contestants on the show and even emerged as the first runner up of the popular reality show.

Needless to say, his down to earth and relatable personality has won millions of hearts. In fact, he has been among the most eligible bachelors in the town. And while there have been endless speculations about Shiv Thakare's love life, the Marathi manush has finally opened up about the love of his life.

During his recent interview with the Hindustan Times, Shiv opened up about his relationship status that he is very much single. He also emphasised that his career is the love of his life. "I'm focused on my career and that is my love. Jo pyaar karna tha college ke time pe kar liya, now it's time for me to build my career," he added.

For the uninitiated, Shiv Thakare was earlier in a relationship with Veena Jagtap and even got her name inked on his body. And while they had plans to tie the knot, it was reported that Shiv's mother didn't approve of the relationship following which the duo parted ways.

However, Shiv is still hopeful of love and claimed that he will be quite outspoken about it. "My life is an open book. Pyaar karunga toh danke ki chot pe karunga. I do not care what people say about me or my love. I do not fear," Shiv was quoted saying.

Meanwhile, talking about the work front, Shiv is currently gearing up for Rohit Shetty's much awaited Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. While there were reports about him doing two Marathi films, Shiv admitted that he has declined the offer as his dates were clashing with KKK13.
