As the grand finale started with a bang, the top 5 finalists got a big surprise with the former contestants of the season entering the Bigg Boss house once again. Amid this, Tina Datta's absence from the house made the heads turn.

Yes! As all the former contestants of the season entered the house once again, Tina was seen as not a part of it. While fans started speculating about the reason behind her absence, it is to be noted that Tina is very much a part of the show. Yes! Tina will be seen gracing the stage soon. Apparently, the Uttaran actress avoided going back to the Bigg Boss house to maintain a distance from Shalin Bhanot. To note, Tina and Shalin, who had made the headlines for their mushy romance initially, turned into arch-rivals and don't like seeing each other eye to eye. As a result, Tina avoided getting back into the BB house to be around the Do Hanso Ka Jodaa actor.

To recall, Tina Datta, who got eliminated early this year, regretted being associated with Shalin on the show and said, "Had I not met him or been friends with him on the show my journey would have been so different and nice. Shalin raised a finger at my character and was so aggressive that he tried to hit me once but when I tried to bring out his real image to the public that backfired against me. Probably he is a good actor than a better person. I always thought that no one can put up an act on a reality show like Bigg Boss for so long but Shalin has proved me wrong. He has acted for so many months. Hats off to him".
